Breakfast Shakes
This drink recipe is so yummy! Antioxidant-rich live green blends with Kale, spinach, coconut water, and fruits for a healthy, energy boosting drink. If you want to add a boost of super foods to the recipe below? You can also add a scoop of Paleo Greens.
Breakfast Shakes
Prep: 5 mins
Yields: 4 8 ounce servings
Ingredients
½ cup kale leaves
1 cup coconut water / unsweetened coconut water
½ cup baby spinach
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 ripe banana
1 cup mango chunks
2 cups ice
Directions
1. Place all ingredients into a 72 oz blender. I use the ninja blender pitcher.
2. Turn unit on and select blend or auto-iQ on the ninja frozen drink/smoothie.
